ID cards
my ex is telling me that i have to turn in my ID and change the childrens IDs to no comissary
he is also only paying me $500 a month for the three kids and wants to claim them all on his income tax until they are all 18 please help

Based on my prior military JAG service and what you have stated, you will need to look at your decree and read the specific terms within the decree. This will give you an understanding of exactly what or what not your spouse if supposed to be providing for the children.
