Legal Question in Military Law in Texas
im being chapter out on ch 10 ive been in 12 yrs and dont deserve this for what has happened what can i do

You need to fight the separation. You have or will receive papers stating why they are trying to separate you and your rights. You have the right to an administrative discharge board which will hear evidence and decide if you should be separated or not. You can be represented by an attorney, call witnesses and present evidence on your behalf. This is your best opportunity to fight the proposed separation and you should exercise all of your rights.
