Legal Question in Military Law in Texas
court martial and chapter
I was found guilty at a court martial; reduced and forfeited some money but was not kicked out. Now my command wants to chapter me for the same thing I was found guilty of at the cm, can they do that?

Separation and court martial are two different types of remedies. One is administrative the other one is criminal. To answer your question, yes they can. You can get legal representation however.
