Legal Question in Military Law in Texas
possible discharge
I am in the air force reserves. I received a misdemeanor citation for marijuana possession(less than 2 grams). The air force told me not to report for duty until it was taken care of. Is deferred judification considered taking care of the matter? It would not go on my record and would be expunged after 6 months

Re: possible discharge
The best way to handle this is to report the facts to your AF Reserve commander. The command will give you instructions on reporting and let you know whether they consider the matter to be closed.
