Discharge for bad credit
My son is in the Navy and they are getting ready to discharge him for having bad credit. Which he had when he joined. Will he be entitled to any benefits?

Re: Discharge for bad credit
Based on what you have written and my nine years in the Navy's JAG Corps, the Navy generally does not discharge individuals for having "bad credit." You might want to consider speaking with your son and see what specific section of the Manual for Courts Martials or what specific section of the Navy's Administrative Manual he is being discharged under. If my law firm can be of assistance with this legal issue or any other legal matter, please contact us at [email protected] to arrange for a consultation.
