General under honorable conditions
Under my general under honorable discharged am I eligible for the GI Bill even if I completed two full enlistment Honorable? But on my third I didn't?

Yes you are eligible, because you completed your first contract term and got an honorable discharge.
Info on how to apply to get your GI bill benefits is here: http://www.gibill.va.gov/GI_Bill_Info/How_to_Apply.htm Be aware that there is a 10 year time limit to use your benefits.
