Legal Question in Military Law in Texas

Legal Arrest?

While in the military, a friend of mine (who we didn't know was an undercover informant) out of the blue asked me and another airman, if we wanted to buy any drugs. The other airman said he wanted LSD, she said ok. An arrangement was made, and the informant drove me and the other airman to a gas station where we met the ''dealer''. After the transaction, we sat in the car and a minute later 4 suv's with dea agents, guns drawn, arrest us and take us to jail. It was all set up by our base OSI detail, specifically to arrest us and get us in their custody, it order to use us to be informants on an airman who lived in our dorms who was selling weed. They needed pawns to basically blackmail, in order to arrest someone else. I can go on and on about the coersion and lies we were told...but overall, was the basis of this setup and arrest legal?

Whatever else you do you should stop making these kinds of detailed statements on this website. This is a public website accessible to anyone. There is no "privilege" or confidentiality to what you say on this site.

You seem to be raising an issue of entrapment.
