Legal Question in Military Law in Texas
Medical discharge
My fiance has a medical discharge from the Navy. He was diagnosed with chronic bronchitis. There was a crack in his head gear during the gas chamber operation. He also had a stress fracture to the heel of his left foot. He never received anything from the navy. My question is, ''Is he entitled to military benefits?''
