Re: military discharge

Based on what you have written, it appears that you went to a Courts-Martial for some issue. If a court awarded you a specific type of characterization on your discharge, generally you can not get that characterization changed unless the characterization was "inequitable" or "improper". You should review Title 10 United States Code, Section 1553; as the law governing upgrading military discharges is contained there.
