Legal Question in Military Law in Texas
I have the opportunity to choose to be seperated after a MED Board. I have 3 PRT failures and go over 18 in Aug. What do you think I should choose, a severance check at 18 or try to stick it out till 19 yrs and 2 months? I may not be able to extend the last two months. Thank you for your time.

Your question does not sound like a legal question, but a question about financial comparison between two choices. Unfortunately, attorney are not in this line of business, unless we have been retained to do so.
