I was given OTH discharge in lieu of trial by court marshal ..that means i was given discharge without court marshal...My question is what should be the outcome of the discharge ...
In this scenario , what should be the case from the following options..

If you are trying to have your discharge upgraded to honorable, then you will need to submit a legal brief to the appropriate discharge review board or military corrections board to have your discharge upgraded. Feel free to contact me if you need help.
