Legal Question in Military Law in Texas

Power of attorney

I just got married my husband is going back to Iraq in the morning, so we didn't have time to get my id. What do I need to get it without him being present?

You can get an ID from his unit, so long as he has reported the marriage and you have proof. There should be a key volunteer or liaison person who helps with issues like this. Make sure you have telephone contact information for his unit before he leaves.
