Third pt failure in 4 years
I am in the process of being ADSEP after 15 years in the navy. What am I entitled to and is there anyway to fight it?

You are entitled to have an administrative discharge board hear your case and decide if you should be separated or not. You can be represented by an attorney, call witnesses and present evidence that you should be retained. You should elect all of your rights and fight this proposed discharge.
