Legal Question in Military Law in Texas
Re-entry into the military
I read the caption of the guy with the seperation code JKN and RE cde 2B. I'm having the same problem. I have a general discharge under honorable conditions, I had LOR'sand LOC's for late to formation and financial trouble. They are telling me that with a reentry code of 2B that I'm not eligible. However, I did some looking and found out that a RE code that starts with a 2 means that I cant go back to the Air Force but I can go to another branch, but the Army is telling me I cant. What can I do??

Where there is a will, there may be a waiver or exception to policy to re-enter the military. Feel free to contact me if you need help.
