Legal Question in Military Law in Texas
Too much time
I was sentenced to 54 months of confinement with a PTA of 36 months. After appeals, the court decided to cut my sentence to 24 months. I served a total of 27 1/2 months and was wondering if there was any compensation for the 3 1/2 months that I did over my appealed time. Where can I find this information?

No, there is no compensation available that I am aware of. You should probably be glad you were released when you were. I don't think you would get very far with a claim against the government.
