Legal Question in Personal Injury in Texas
05/10/2013, was hit by drunk driver. Had full coverage on certified pre-owned truck. Air bags failed to deploy. No uninsured motorist. The other vehicle limped away. I had server back injuries. No permanently disabled. State Farm would not pay for medical but did pay Toyota and left me hanging. The Gov. contractor I worked for terminated my medical insurance day after accident. Months later only paid temp. disability (90) days. Why can't any attorney help me.? I still have time left.

Your question is unclear, but I assume you mean that the other driver had full coverage. I am further unfair as to what you mean by server (sic) or severe, back injuries, though you were not permanently disabled? It is absolutely no surprise that State Farm has refused to pay you any medical nor to compensate you for your injuries.
It sounds like you need to file a lawsuit and have 7 months to do so, if you hope to recover any money from the owner of the truck or under your policy for UIM or PIP. Since I do not know what state you are in I cannot guess what coverage you have that may be applicable. I handle, trucking cases and you can contact me at 713-629-1111.
