Legal Question in Personal Injury in Texas

About 5 months ago my ex got mad at me and pushed me down and kneed me in the tummy. That was the last time I felt him move. I did not immediately realize he had died because I thought he was to big to move. I gave birth and the doctors said it looked like Trama. I hid it because I felt so guilty and afraid. I can't keep living with the guilt especially since he seems happier now that it happened.

You may want to consider getting a restraining order to keep your ex away from you. Regardless, take reasonable measures to avoid all contact with him. If anyone ever harms you again, do not wait to go to the police.
