Legal Question in Personal Injury in Texas
I was about 4, or 5 months pregnant, back in december of 2008, or 2009. i slip in fell, at work, while coming into the building, and fell right in front of the security desk, and she ask me was i'm alright, doing that time, i had just started my job there, and i wasnt able to take off work, unless i would have gotton fired, but my 6 months within the company had not kick in yet for me to take vacation days etc. so a few days later i was having shortness of breath, and was felling real sick, so i dedicded to take off cause i wanted to make sure my unborn child was ok. so when i went to the doctor, he had told me that he had seen 2 water scak, but he didnt know if one was a pregnant gone bad, or it could have been from my slip in fall. after that, my docotor put me on bed rest, and my job file workmans comp, but i was not approve for workermans, comp, and my job was threaten me that if i didnt return back to work i will lose my job, so within a week i return back to work, can i still sue the company for pain, and suffer, and not nothing wheather i was pregnant with twins or not.

If you are injured at work and covered by workers' compensation, then your remedy is through workers' compensation. You should contact a lawyer who does that sort of work.
