Legal Question in Personal Injury in Texas
I have a 19 year old son. He is on my auto insurance now. He will soon be moving out of my house. My question is, if he were to have an auto accident, could my personal assets be in danger if his accident caused me to get sued? I would like to keep him on my policy because it is so much cheaper, just not sure if I should or not. He does not have any assets.

You need to present this fact scenario to your auto insurance company or agent.
Concealing facts of who and who is not a member of your household could cause you to be denied insurance coverage.
There are some scenarios you could be liable for an accident caused by your son but usually only if he is a considered minor.
If your son will no longer be covered, think long term and get him (or make him pay) for auto insurance policy. It is the law in Texas that anyone that drives should have auto insurance.
