Legal Question in Personal Injury in Texas
I was in an accident, and received two citations. One for failure to yield right of way, and one for failure to maintain financial responsibility. Will I need an attorney for my court date?

You would certainly be better off with a lawyer on your court date. You don't absolutely have to have one; however, the prosecutor is going to be a licensed attorney.
