Legal Question in Personal Injury in Texas

I was in an accident where 2 vehicles hit my car a total of 3 times. The first car cause the first impact and the second one. The second car caused the 3rd impact. I have a police report that identifies the other 2 drivers to be at fault. The first driver does not have insurance, and I only had liability. Could I file a claim with the insurance of the 2nd driver?

I'm sorry to hear about this incident. I would be happy to discuss your options with you. You can definitely file a claim with the 2nd driver, but I would not recommend doing so if you sustained an injury without an attorney helping you. Feel free to call me at (512) 472-8318.

Yes, but the insurance company may deny your claim. If you were injured, you should consider hiring an attorney now. If you are only making a claim for damage to your vehicle, then you will need to contact an attorney when the insurance company denies your claim.

To answer your question, yes. DON'T DO THIS CLAIM YOURSELF. Hire an attorney. I recommend you interview at least two attorneys, and pick the one you like best. Most (if not all) attorneys will give you a free initial consult. Take them up on it.
