Re: accident at walmart

We only take slip and falls when there are severe injuries...so most attorneys will not accept the case. Hopefully Walmart pays your medical bills.

Slip-and-fall ("Premises Liability") cases are among the hardest cases to prove and win. Only a very skilled and experienced personal injury attorney can handle a case like yours. It would be absolute legal suicide for you to attempt to handle this case on your own. The likelihood of Wal-Mart (who is VERY tough to deal with) paying you is almost zero. Call me and I will give you an honest appraisal of your chances. The initial consultation is free and, if taken, your case will be handled on a contingency-fee basis.
