Legal Question in Personal Injury in Texas

I accidently cracked the side of my friends car, and she didnt report it to the police or the auto insurance. I paid her 500 already and I still owe 500 because we had no written agreement or anything i was just giving her money for the damage that was caused. But, I recently had to move and now im jobless trying to find a job and she is trying to take me to court? Can she do that? What will happen.

Yes, she can sue you for damages. She will try to get a judgment and, if she does, she will try to collect it.
