Legal Question in Personal Injury in Texas

Can action be taken against a plasma center that spilt my blood? I mean I thought i was donating and i looked to my right and there is blood literally EVERYWHERE and tons more just shooting from the machine... The employee didn't even notice it because they all leave the area and talk to each other.... I didnt notice it due to watching the movie on tv... But by the time someone saw it there was massive amounts of my blood all over the place.... If some random person didn't notice it there probably would have been too much tbh....

I take it you survived the incident. Did you have any expenses as a result. They may be responsible but if you have no actual damages, you would get nothing from the court.
