Legal Question in Personal Injury in Texas

Alcohol allowed to be served at a bar.

If a person is at a locar bar and is consuming alcohol, what are the legal amounts that can be served to a singe person, knowingly? What amount of hard liquor, in a form of a mixed drink, is allowed to one person after knowingly have been given previous mixed drinks as well as alcohol in form of a beer? Is a pitcher of a mix drink allowed to a person? In which in turn, this person, had an almost terrible accident afterwards. Thanks for your time and patience. Have a good day.
