I was given permisson by the managers of the apartment complex I live in to do repairs on the cealing in my bedroom. The maintance man put insolation in the attic last december because the builders failed to do it when building. The maint. Man damaged the entrance and never repaired it. 2 mths go by and after no responce to getting it fixed, They said I could do it. When up in the ceiling I fell 10 feet and Dislocated my right shoulder, Had 44 stitches in left arm, cracked two ribs, concusion and mult. scratches The maintance man came to look at what happened and found that the builders did not nail some of the studs secure , and thats what made me fall Do I have a claim on the owners or builders. Or both. Also I have a 5895.00 hospital bill, and found out also I will need a right shoulder operation.. Your help will be very much appricated

You may well have a case against the apartment managment, the contracter as well as the apartment owner. Your case presents some intresting twists. Have you been contacted by the apartments insurance adjuster yet? If not a demand letter to the apartment management would be in order.
