Can I Appeal?

I recently lost a law suit against Ford Motors for injuries sustained due to their sudden acceleration phenomena. I feel that circumstances swayed the jury's verdict and thus I was not given my rightful anointment of justice. Where should I look as for precedences to establish grounds for a new trial through a declared mistrial or by any other means legal?

Appeals are very complicated and time deadlines are very important. Make clear to your attorney that you wish to appeal and make sure he protects your time deadlines.
