Legal Question in Personal Injury in Texas
I have asked the question! What can i do about my neighbor burning sour hay and cow manure..Filling my house with a very toxic smoke and very bad smell. It gives me a bad headaces and hard to breathe.I have talk to the commissioner of van zandt county and he went and talk to them. it worked for a couple of days, but they are back to burning.They must not care about their neighbors. Others have complanied too.What would a restraining order do? How would would it be inforced ? Their has got to be a legal way to render this matter.Please help me...
