Attorney Fees
Is there a certain percentage a lawyer can receive as a fee in a wrongful death case for a minor. If so what is it in Texas.

if the recovery is for the child then one-third is allowed. if the recovery is for the parents for the death of a child then one-third to forty-five percent would be standard. Please call me at 214-5200000 if you need additional help.
