Legal Question in Personal Injury in Texas

need another attorney

i hired an attorney for an injury i rec. when i fell in a hole in a parking lot,in disable parkway.hurting my ankle,tearing a ligament.this attorney will not do anything she want me do everything.i need to know how to get another attorney to take my case this out oweing tis one anything ,idon't want to pat two attorneys

Re: need another attorney

You can terminate the representation of the attorney in a letter and request that you be released from your contract. I would presume the attorney would want to be reimbursed any expenses.
