Legal Question in Personal Injury in Texas

HELP, We Need An Attorney! My son was working for a TREE SERVICE, and fell out of the tree on someone's property. He broke his hip and both wrist's. He had 5 surgery's on his hip, besides catching mersa and being hospitalized several time's.The latest he has to live without a hip, they cannot do another surgery. Lot's more detail's.
