Legal Question in Personal Injury in Texas
ATV Crash (borrowed)
Hello, I used a borrowed ATV over an associates house and smashed it up pretty badly, the damages came up to like $3,000. Can I be sued for the damage to that vechicle?
Does auto insurance cover ATVs? If this issue is not resolved now, can I be sued for more money down the line?

Re: ATV Crash (borrowed)
Yes. The owner of the ATV may have insurance which covers it. You can only be sued for the actual damages caused. If a lawsuit ensues, you could be responsible for the plaintiff's court costs as well.
