Legal Question in Personal Injury in Texas
Auto accident in 2001, no my fault. 14 years later, in worse shape and will never be the same. Never knew this would happen, but waited a while before I signed. They said there was only $25,000 in his insurance, and now I know I still could have gotten more. Is this outside the time limits? Thanks.

Far beyond the statute of limitations if the injuries that persist were identifiable shortly after the accident.

absolutely. Statute of limitations is 2 years, potentially some exceptions, but you do not have a prayer with the facts you have given
