Legal Question in Personal Injury in Texas
I was in a auto accident 3 weeks ago and the insurance adjuster only accepts 80% liability. My attorney doesn't seem to know what to do now because I'm not in agreeance with the liability amount.The attorney also says I cant go after the driver because the insurance protects them. Should I hire new counsel?
