Legal Question in Personal Injury in Texas

Auto accidents

I was in a one vecihle wreck and had no insurance , i am buying the car from a used car dealer and I was told that the dealer was just out of luck on it , what I am asking is am I responible for finishing the payments on the car or is the dealer suppose to get the car back .

You are legally responsible for the debt. The car wreck is your problem, not the dealers. He has no obligation to take back a wrecked vehicle.
