Legal Question in Personal Injury in Texas

Automobile accident/non payment by responsabile ins Co.

My husband ( I do have complete power of attorney) was involved in an automobile accident June/98. The other party was responsibile & her ins. paid for our car repair. They have not responded to attempts, in writing, from myself or our attorney ( who dropped the case because he stated " not profitable" for him to persue"). How can we persue this matter . We have had MRI's, Specialists, PT, & other expenses & no recourse.

You may want to try another law firm first. Your other

recourse after negotiations with the insurance company fail

is to file suit against the driver, a costly

and time-consuming ordeal. If you email me privately, I
