Legal Question in Personal Injury in Texas
Automobile Policy Limits
If injuries exceed policy liability limitations is it possible to sue the insurance company of the responsible party for lost wages, medical expenses, pain and suffering ,and mental anguish. Injury cost me my job and will probably have to retrain for a different career.

Re: Automobile Policy Limits
You have several options: sue the adverse party for the money personally (above the insurance proceeds), find an umbrella policy, or your own underinsured motorist protection. Any or all of these options may find you the additional funds you are seeking.
