Legal Question in Personal Injury in Texas
wouldn't a bicycle be considered a ,"land motor vehicle" by definition of land being any of the earths surface not covered by water. Definition of motor being any person or thing that imparts motion. Vehicle being any means that conveys people or goods.

I don't believe a bicycle would be considered a "motor" vehicle. You cannot use definitions out of the dictionary when interpreting insurance policies. Usually the policy will define the terms and you must use those definitions. Good try, though. I applaud your innovation and enthusiasm.
