Legal Question in Personal Injury in Texas

can my boss tell me not to come to work when i have therapy or doc visit which is 4 times a week?

You work for him, you need the time off, it sure seems that he must be aboe to regulate the work hours. What if he has to hire someone else to take your place or agree to pay someone else to work while you are off. It would be hard to hire someone to come in for just an hour. Gas and the time getting to work would not be worth it.
