Legal Question in Personal Injury in Texas
i am a branch manager, no where in my job description does it ask me to lift beer stack drive trucks load truck etc. it all states clerical work.Well we are a smaller company and are merger with a larger one i had 4 disc fused in my neck due to the work i did above never been told not to do it. now they want to have a return to work letter made for me. if i did what they asked on paper i would never have been in this situation. if they state i should not lift kegs etc. they are admitting i was doing things i should not have been with their knowledge am i correct

If your employer has workers comp coverage, fault is not an issue. If no workers comp in Texas you have a nonsubscriber case and the above area will be germane as evidence of their fault.
