Legal Question in Personal Injury in Texas
i was in a car accid. my atty is really shady but end results they said sign the paper an well send you the check. so i did an i received a check from the other ins agency it said final payment for body injury. that was over 3 wks ago now my atty sent me a email that i got the wrong amount an they want it back an im stunned i sent the money to my car payments so i do not have it. i have a lein by the hosp an im afraid they are not going to pay the medical bills now. so i am kinda beaten down by them an dont know what to do?

If your attorney cannot explain matters to your satisfaction, then you should consult with another attorney.
Call him and schedule appt to see him. It is important. Not by phone, go to his office for appt. If he will not schedule, write him for appt to go in. Demand that he see you and explain. Do it in writing, letter, fax and email.
