Legal Question in Personal Injury in Texas

I had a car accident back on Oct. 29, 2009. I was at fault no other cars were involved only mine. I made a claim with my insurance company, GEICO. My insurance company had my car towed to a dealership they provided for me. Also, approved to pay a portion of my rental fees. In the meantime, the dealership and GEICO were back and forth in disagreement of the cost in repairs to my vehicle. Therefore, the completion of my vehicle was delayed. And now GEICO is calling me and telling me it's my fault the dealership I choose is taking to long to repair my vehicle or in their words "the dealership is not fixing my car in a reasonable amount of time." And now GEICO is canceling payment for the extension of my rental for the continued time it would take to fix my vehicle.
