Legal Question in Personal Injury in Texas

I was in a car accident, which was not my fault. The other driver received a citation for the accident and i dd not. she turned in front of my moving lane of traffic and i struck her vehicle. He insurance only wants to pay 90 % of the claim, stating it looks like i was negligent 10% because her vehicle was almost out of the intersection when i struck her. The accident report clearly states she was at fault. what do i do the 10% is almost 900dollars.

In my opinion, it sounds like the insurance company is trying to take advantage of the situation because you are not represented by a lawyer. You need to hire a lawyer and fight. The insurance companies will do anything they can to avoid paying a claim, or minimizing the amount they pay on a claim. If you don't give them a reason to pay more, they won't. I suggest you meet with a lawyer and talk about your case. (Many PI lawyers will give you a free initial consult.) Feel free to call me if you wish to discuss this further.
