Legal Question in Personal Injury in Texas

I was in car accident. Since it was not my fault I refused to give her my insurance information, so she then took a picture of me in my car and left. No police report was filed. Now her insurance company is saying that I need to pay for the damages to her car or they'll suspend my license. What can I do to dispute this?

You should tell your own insurance company and have them process the situation for you. That's why you're paying them premiums and it's their job to protect you.

If you or your car were damaged, then you should file a claim with her insurance.

Read ur insurance policy..it tells u to exhange info, ie, insurance/drivr's klicense etc..as it is not an admission of fault BUT can be a violation of the law to refuse..NOW u must contact ur insurer and let them handle it..possibly taking other partie's version not urs..
