Car accident
about two weeks ago I was in a car accident.i was not at fault for the accident the other driver was.the only thing that has made this so confusing is because someone else was driving my car.so now the other insurance company is trying to file a claim.what do you think i should do?

I'm not sure from the posting whether there was any signifcant damage to the car, or any personal injury. At any rate, I would contact a local attorney, just to make sure that your rights are protected.

If the other car/driver is making a claim, report the claim to your insurance company. They will provide you with a defense. If you want to make a claim for your damages, you should contact an attorney.
