Legal Question in Personal Injury in Texas

The car that i was driving in was hit head on by a drunk driver driving the wrong way on the interstate. One was killed,one seriously injured,one disabled for life. several 911 call were made to different LE agencies at least 10-15 minutes before accident. LE agencies failed to broadcast out information to police units to attempt to locate or intercept drunk driver. Are LE agencies responsible for not acting on credible information?

However, you should be able to recover damages from the at-fault driver's insurance company as well as any underinsured motorist coverage that you have for past and future medical bills, lost wages, pain and suffering, mental anguish, and disfigurement.
