Legal Question in Personal Injury in Texas
The car that i was driving in was hit head on by a drunk driver driving the wrong way on the interstate. One was killed, one seriously injured, one disabled for life. several 911 call were made to different LE agencies at least 10-15 minutes before accident. LE agencies failed to broadcast out information to police units to attempt to locate or intercept drunk driver. Are LE agencies responsible for not acting on credible information?

It is difficult to recover against law enforcement under this scenario through the Texas Tort Claims Act. However, you should be able to recover damages from the at-fault driver's insurance company as well as any underinsured motorist coverage that you have for past and future medical bills, lost wages, pain and suffering, mental anguish, and disfigurement.

I am so sorry to hear that another drunk driver has caused these kinds of injuries.
You need a personal injury lawyer! You have enough to worry about in terms of physical and mental recovery. A good lawyer will investigate all means of recover and trying to make any party that did wrong take their share of responsibility.
