Legal Question in Personal Injury in Texas

i have a car and let someone loan. now, one month they're not paid, i'm afraid they not paid until 2 months and returned my car back, what can i do ? i just worried they ruined my car and return my car back without paying 2 months loan. is that possible for legal to them? if not, and if they do that, what i should do? Please help, thanks, my car is bmw new 2008.

You can sue them for unpaid rent and damages if the car is damaged beyond ordinary wear and tear. Review your contract with them. If you have no written contract you may, still have a cause of action, but you will have to prove what the agreement was. Best option is to see a lawyer to review your case.
