Legal Question in Personal Injury in Texas

I was in a car wreck in july of last year. Had injuries but did not know. Was broadsided by someone. The car hit my side of the car. In june of this year I was in another wreck. Someone rearended me. I went to the chiropractor. He says I have whiplash. My ex-rays show where my neck went from side to side and front to back. Can I ask for both insurance companies to pay for my medical treatments?

If you can discern between the injuries from the two wrecks it would make going after the insurance companies easier. However, you can try to get monies from both companies regardless. I would be glad to explain this process to you. My number is 512-472-8318.

I agree with the first posting attorney. The insurance company from the first accident will say its liability for your injuries ended on the day of the second accident.

You can make a claim against both insurance companies.
