Legal Question in Personal Injury in Texas

Do I have a case?

Parent stepped out of doctor's office after a scheduled appointment (vitals taken, glucose checked, and blood drawn). As she left office she fainted, father went back in asking for help and an ambulance. Personnel came out but did not perform CPR, instead they checked her glucose and tried to give her oxygen by using her portable oxygen tank. It wasn't until the ambulance arrived that they stared to administer CPR and that continued until the hospital (4 blocks away). At the ER she was recucitated but in a coma. The ER doctor concluded that CPR had not been perfomed within time to get oxygen to the brain. Two weeks later she passed away. Was there negligence by her doctor not to have started CPR?

You should speak with a medical malpractice attorney to evaluate your case. It is very difficult for people to recover against doctors in Texas. You have two years from the date of injury to file suit.
