A child was hurt on our trampoline. Is this a liability claim? Te mother is asking for our liability and med pay. Are we at fault? What should I do?

Contact your insurance company but generally this is the kind of thing that insurance refuses to cover. And yes, you can generally be held liable for injuries on your property.
